It starts and ends with the learner. Too often that student is the last person to have the tools and insights into how they learn, what they learn and how they can improve themselves, discover their passions, get back on track, or interact with peers and others around learning.

NLET is passionately committed to turn the rhetoric of personalization and learner centered education into a digital and social-technical reality for leaners. While this sounds easy and reasonable, it actually requires a true transformation of thinking from the bottom-up with data from the “client” learner helping to improve the system through their active participation with their learning.
